Nanda Krish – President & CEO
Mr. Krish is the founder of Mirrus Systems along with CBay Inc. Nanda Krish’s career spans almost 20 years in the high tech industry with extensive operating experience in general management, sales and marketing, and business development. He has a track record of successful leadership accomplishments within private and public companies across multinational environments and is a well-known high tech entrepreneur. Most recently, Nanda was President/CEO of FairMarket, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company. He is credited with building a strategic relationship with eBay, which lead to eBay’s acquisition of FairMarket in late 2003. Previously, he was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of venture capital backed Verilytics, a software company with a focus on the e-analytics market. Prior to Verilytics, he held Vice President positions with both OpenMarket, Inc. and EDS’ media/multimedia business unit. Nanda is a graduate of BU, India and holds a Bachelor of Engineering. Additionally, he holds dual degrees from Rutgers/NJIT — a Master of Science, Computer and Information Services and a Masters of Science, Management.
Marc Bolh – President, AMSplus Division
Marc has over 30 years of experience in providing clinical and management services to medical providers. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development to a clinical laboratory that became the largest such facility in New England under his guidance. Marc founded AMSplus (formerly Automated Medical Systems, Inc.) in 1982. With the vision and dedication of a seasoned management team, AMSplus is now one of the 20 largest revenue cycle management solutions companies in the United States.
